General Terms and Conditions

Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland. 

Product images in advertising, brochures, the online shop, etc. are for illustrative purposes and are not binding.

All sales prices published in the online shop are final prices and include all taxes (in particular value added tax).

Availability and delivery time

Stylesphere.ch is committed to keeping the information on availability and delivery times in the online store up to date and accurate. However, due to production or supply bottlenecks, there may be delays in delivery both at Stylesphere.ch and at the suppliers. All information on availability and delivery times are therefore without guarantee and subject to change.

Delivery and payment

For orders under CHF 50, we charge CHF 7.50 shipping costs. 

Why these costs?

The logistical effort for small orders is comparatively high. By charging shipping costs for smaller order quantities, our customers also benefit from lower prices for cheaper products.

We do not currently ship abroad. We try to process and ship orders within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery online.

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide during the checkout process is correct and complete. 

Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided. We do not accept liability for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Payment Options

TWINT

You pay for the goods directly with your TWINT account via the mobile app.

Prepayment

You pay for the goods using the account information that we send to you by email. The goods will be reserved or ordered immediately after the order is received. They will be shipped after payment has been received.
